N-acetyl-cysteine...it's an amino acid, you can pick it up online or at local healthfood store. I've also heard using baking soda...don't know if that would be option with the sodium... Then there's CoQ10 or it's newest form .. ubiquinol Here's some links... might be worth looking into further...
