EDITED I have something to say....
...but it probably infringes on somebody's copyright, so I won't say it.
I also have a question to ask you, but it probably infringes on somebody's copyright, so I won't ask you.
I would ask you what time it is, but it might infringe on somebody's copyright, so I will just have to buy a watch of my own.
I would tell you about the building that is about to fall on you, but that would violate my intellectual property...
...nevertheless, we really do have free speech and freedom of expression (as long as we don't violate anyone's copyright or intellectual property).
I must inform you of....(oops, copyright infringement).
Isn't there a standard of 'personal communication' that would protect violators (oops, is this word copyrighted by Merriam Webster?) from unreasonable litigation? After all, if someone publishes something on the internet, there is no EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY (I guess the copyright laws have nothing to do with privacy).
People and companies should keep their content off the internet if they don't want their copyright violated (keep it away from youtube, etc.).
I copy/embed anything that offers it's "embed code", I am not a lawyer or knowledgable of any type of copyrighting law).
I don't think anyone really cares about a 'two-bit' violation except the lawyers who get paid for the litigation.
