I would question what I was doing
in the hotel room, on that day,
what thoughts were with me
as I was there,
what I carried there
with me, in regards to dates, etc.
and then, forgive myself
and the whole world
and any individuals
I (might) hold "responsible".
note--forgive self again.

I'm quite serious--
the name of this critter;
well, it's named after 'you', yes,
but not out of hate.

Nor is this meant to
imply that it is a parasite-
or an attacker,
as you might perceive it.

One further thought--this is not to say there doesn't seem to be a critter, biting, jumping about, and exiting the body...etc. It's to say, there is *another way* to look on all this. And the view is bigger, and liberates. If you can believe that, you can be freed. So much of what we experience is truly what we 'project'. Sounds crazy, but it's true...EFT is a huge blessing because it moves the veils aside, and shows us freedom. If you glimpse it for a second, a minute, it won't ever wholly leave you.
