You're off to a good start, then. Eating healthy, drinking pure water, getting plenty of fresh air, exercise, rest, sleep, relaxation and all those other important lifestyle considerations will help you keep your new figure.

The more you go back to toxic substances e.g. salt and other condiments, teas, coffees, sodas, processed "foods" and cooked foods in general, the harder your body will find it to stay healthy.
