1- We don't need gels w/ this model of zapper... so forget the idea. You really don't need it.
2- It says to MOVE the zapper over when you start to feel a burn, so do so.
3- It says to start slow... see how YOUR body responds to it before going to longer lengths of time, and
4- when you do use longer time frames, to put in a sock to use... so there's a barrier..... even still you have to be careful. It's a good idea to use a timer, even while sleeping at night in bed, to keep yourself monitored.
Basically, use your common sense, and keep referring back to the manual/info booklet... and keep checking in w/ others on their bodily responses etc.... but use your head & do your homework. Gain knowledge, gain wisdom.
It also says that these "burns"/ burning feelings are from an acidic state of the body.... to zap until your ph balances out.... of course there would be breaks in between... this doesn't mean non-stop... but more on a month by month sort of thing....
Start out w/ 20 min., 3 x/ day... and work up to 1 hr. time frames... and gradually increase, according to how YOUR body is responding.
