This could be true as I am just getting back to having regular bowel movements after my 1st flush. I went on a 3 month Colon Cleanse before this so I shouldn't be back up much. For 3 days before my flush I went on a mono-diet and just ate organic apples and cucumbers and then the day before the flush I fasted on just water, detox tea and organic apple juice. So because of this I haven't had the regular bowel movements I am used to...although my kidneys should be cleanse from it. I also didn't do the enemas as recommended after my flush. I guess I will do that tonight and hopefully that will help. Thanks for the advice, it helped a lot.
