One thing I would suggest is to perform an enema before doing the Liver Flush and perform one or two afterward. This will help to ensure that your bowels are free to pass the stones. As far as the parasites I am not sure, I think you will be okay if you don't do a parasite cleanse. Good luck...I'm glad you didn't have your gallbladder out. It is amazing what doctors will tell you b/c they want your money. Everyone is out for themselves these days, you can never be sure.
