San2006 Flush#4

So I did a flush after just 9 days, instead of ususal 14 days gap. The reason for this emergency flush was hay-fever. I was getting very sick, and under no circustances wanted to take anti-histamines. they just mask the symptoms without addressing the root cause, which is congested liver.
So my emergency flush was Ok, in that not too many stones came out. (30-40 very small stones and some of sand/chaff). This time I noticed some light brown stones as well. They were all very soft and could be squished with hands.
Allergy symptoms have drastically become less. I think it is very rewarding, because thats exactly why I did the flush.

Will do another flush if 2 weeks now. Unless there is another emergency :)

I am trying to spread the word about LF. 9 out of 10 ppl think I am doing something crazy. But even if one person can take me seriously, I will feel successful.
