Re: Eating a lot of something could possibly cause allergy?

Hey Gibby

I am on a candida diet and I am allergic to eggs as well. Last time I ate eggs it made me really tired and I had gas for a couple weeks after. I was trying to add more variety in my diet and was eating black beans and brown rice which I had to stop. After I contaminated my digestive system with the eggs I could no longer handle the beans either.

Your allergy could be because of you eating allot of them although I am allergic and have a friend who is too and its not from eating too many. One way food allergies happen is when undigested food gets into the blood from not digesting your food. Chewing your food up properly can help prevent this. Check out drink your food and eat your water. You want to chew up your food at least 100 times per bite until its basically water try this if you are having any digestive troubles it works wonders.

cheers
Jeremiah
