Eating a lot of something could possibly cause allergy?

Hi, I am pretty much on a candida diet, so my foods are limited. This test that I took was for IgG4 delayed food allergies only. (Life Extension Food Safe Allergy Test) I found out I now have a severe egg allergy. I do eat at least 1 egg a day, sometimes 2!!!! Love them, and they are a good protein for me since I can't be eating many carbs or anything with sugar in it or any sweet for that matter.
I took this test, now to find out that egg yolk and egg white are in the "avoid" range. Was wondering if it's because I eat a lot of them. I don't have any other allergys really, I eat lots of garlic too!! Garlic was pretty high on this test!!!!! Just so happens I've been taking Allimed Garlic drops.....very very potent garlic. I think if you take a lot of something, it will show up as an allergy or sensitivity eventually.
