Emergency Flush

Hi:
I have done 3 LF. Was gonna do 4th one coming weekend. But I am having serious hay-fever symtoms today. Itchy throat, headache, body-ache, watery nose discharge.
I do NOT want to take anti-histamines ( they usually do not work on me). I did not know how else to alleviate my condition, so I am thinking of flushing tonight and see if I notice some difference!
Anyone else flushed when not at optimum health? It's pathetic.Summer is here and so are allergies.
Hope I am feeling better tomorrow after the flush.
I have been drinking ACV this time, and also taking malic acid capsules. I really wanna flush. Will let you know the results tomorrow.
