First flush - got sick, why?

I completed my first flush this weekend. I did a colon/ parasite cleanse, completing it a week before the flush and completed a kidney cleanse the day before the flush. I did a maintenance parasite cleanse right before the flush also.

I followed all the instructions: 3/4 cup epson salt/water mix at 6 and 8, drank the olive oil and lemon juice mixture at 10 and laid down immediately flat on my back for 20 minutes and then tried to sleep on my left side. I did feel a little spacey and out of it while trying to sleep and couldn't exactly get to sleep...only that inbetween awake and sleep state. My husband came home around midnight and kinda woke me up and I had to pee. I got up and went to the bathroom and was feeling a bit dizzy and nauseous. Went right back to be after that but felt like aweful from then on. I got hot and cold, waves of nausea, wasn't really catching my breathe. Finally at 4am I got up and puked up some of the olive oil/lemon stuff. Felt so much better after that and was able to get some sleep.

My flush was pretty successful I think for a first as I passed about 184 stones. Anyone have any suggestions? Should I not have gotten up to go to the bathroom? Tweet
