How long before liver flush?

Hi,
I am planning on doing a Liver Flush and was wondering if doing a colonic before and afterwards was good enough for bowel cleansing? I know people stress the importance of bowel cleansing for awhile before doing a Liver Flush ,but i have had colonics done in the past and sometimes do enemas. Thanks:) Tweet
