I'm going to do my LF#9 tonight without ES, and I'll try 8oz. OO (Olive-Oil) with 12oz. of grapefruit juice. Last time I tried 6oz. of OO (Olive-Oil) and it worked; maybe the secret is to do it all at once, not in 2 times.
Tell me please, do you do any kidney/limpha cleansing in between your Liver Flushes?
