thanks for your responce, I just bought some peppermint candy, will try them.

I'm doing LF#9 tonight.
And the reason I responded here is because I wanted to tell you that I use enemas, mostly water, but since March started using coffee enema after water one, and the last time I've got a bunch of stones out after them. I also do colonic 2 days after flush (like I have one scheduled for the day after tomorrow). I cannot say, that I've seen exactly stones coming out with colonic; it's always so much coming out, that I'm not sure - maybe some of it are stones. I definitely don't want any of that filthy stuff to get stuck inside.

And how do you get rid of stones? Just whatever comes out because of ES?
