First Experiment with Single B-Vitamins

Purchased some Thiamin and Pantothenic Acid.

Tried the Thiamin first because I'm worried that this neuropathic type foot pain is beriberi due to my restricted diet.

First of all I wish I could find a supplement with just 100 percent of the recommended amount. Everything has super high doses and that is quite annoying.

I tried my best to split it as small as possible. Opened the capsule and took the smallest amount on my fingertip possible.

There is 100 mg (6,667 percent of the RDA) in one capsule. I'm going to guess I got about 2-3mgs.

Immediate feeling of jitters, yet I fell asleep at the same time if you can believe it. Foot pain has lessened which is a good sign.

Not sure what to think though. I have loud tinnitus in my ears and I feel a little "too" on.

Will report back more as time goes on.

My diet, right now, only supplies about 10 percent of the RDA for thiamin. The only B vitamin I'm getting enough of is B12, but I can't tolerate the complex supplements.
