Re: I bet it's your AMYGDALA that's gone haywire
Hey Jere,
I wouldn't be surprised if most of your ailments disappeared if your amygdala went back to normal. I'm sure your stuck amygdala is at least indirectly causing most or all your sensitivities to food.
After doing a lot of research the last month, I think my Chiro's treatment is on the wrong path; basically trying to strengthen my adrenals. I think my adrenals are TOO STRONG, hence my elevated cortisol levels. I only get fatigued when my blood
Sugar drops and not being able to get a full nights sleep. Otherwise, I feel fine.
Been reading about how anti-anxiety and adaptogen herbs can lower and regulate cortisol and think that's the way I need to go, in terms of supplement treatment. Read also how the amygdala can cause high cortisol and as Ashok Gupta says, a whole host of other problems. I remember I had an emotional trauma right before getting the bad hypoglycemia.
Yes, I'd like to order the Gupta program. Seems like it's the key to getting us well. I'm going to see my Chiro next week, so going to discuss with him first. Maybe he knows how to treat a stuck amygdala. He does EFT and NET also.
