Re: Two flushes in one night ... ?

funny thing you mention this.... I got the idea I should try this since I found that sometimes when I did 1 flush then the next day I'd actually feel a little pain like some stones had moved out..and others had moved into a new spot causing more symptoms,so I would flush again the following night and feel much better...then i thought why not just do it twice in one night(taking same amount of mixture...I use 300ml oliveoil and about the same of juice for 1 mixture...and of course I take Epsom Salts too to open up the bile ducts)and see if I get better results? So I did , and last night was my 20# flush of 2006 and I got the best results yet by taking 2 servings of mixture-flushing twice in 1 night..basically I did the first ...lay down...and mabey 2 or 3 hours later did another one
...I also doubled my Epsom Salts ...so I took more in between the 1 and second flush..and of course next morning took some more Epsom Salts . So I was so pumped that it worked so well for me...although I am used to flushing by now , so I urge not to go so hardcore if you've never flushed before. It might make you more sick if its your first time.
p.s
a few days earlier I also tried this but in the morning I took a 3rd mixture...but it was only half the amount of that of the original amount. This also worked excellent. I felt the need to try somethin new since my recent flushes have not been as effective as my very first ones...mabey because I had a little less stones than in the past...and the liver pressure to push the remaining out was less...thus I needed some extra umph!?LOL
