As far as my meals go.

The majority of the meal is either butter or beef suet. Beef suet is the fat behind the kidneys of the cow. It's pure beef fat and when cooked is SO DELICIOUS!

I eat 1.5oz. of the fattiest ground beef (73/27) every meal.

I eat about .3-.5oz. of pork rinds with the butter for flavor at each meal.

I have to use a very accurate food scale to weigh each part of the meal (excluding the fat) to make sure I don't eat too much. Even a little bit over this and I'm in big trouble.
