Remember that roughly 58 percent of protein ingested turns into glucose. If you're eating 352 grams of protein daily you're getting 204 grams of glucose. Similar to eating 204 grams of carbs daily.

I recommend you gradually lower your protein intake. Don't do it too quickly because your insulin will need to adjust to the lower level.

Eat A LOT more fat and way less protein.
