Question on when to take Enemas when doing LF

Hi All:
after a lot of thought I am thinking I might take an enema on my flush#3. Since I have never done enemas before, I will probably try with a simple warm water enema. ( No coffee for now!)
mY question is, when do you guys take enema?
I was thinking, I'll take the first one at 7PM ( in between the first 2 doses of ES). And the second enema I can take after the second dose of ES ( which will b 10 AM in the morning of next day, as I am doing the alternative method where we drink an extra dose of OO/GJ mixture.).

For ppl who take enemas, when do u take it? Does it help in taking out all the stones?

Also was reading about COLEMAS. Anyone used it?
