I never looked deeply into Lam's regimens, but I did decide that I should be taking lots of vitamin C.
Lately I've been taking between 3g and 6g a day of a buffered vitamin C supplement (in 1g tablets). Seems to do me a lot of good. I was taking up to 10g daily at one point. It hasn't seemed to have any negative effect on me.
Did taking lots of vitamin C have any positive effects for anyone?
