I started IF #1 last Monday, have been adding a pill/day so I took 5 last night. I have been one bowel movement a day yet no sign of drastic changes nor 2~3 bm/per day.
1)Am I supposed to keeping adding one pill a day? I have been preparing myself toward juice fast thus have been eating very minimum; 2~3 cups of fresh vegetable juice, some veggi salad, fruits here and there, a bowl of rice every other day or so. I wonder whether I will achieve 2~3 bm/day ever while I juice fast. OK, a little bit about myself. I have eaten asian food (rice, vegetable, seaweed, miso soup type stuff) most of my life since American diet never agree with me. I have been active ( I will be 40 this year) , even today I do a form of exercise daily either yoga, lifting light weight, walking. I can’t no longer run due to my lower back injury and consequent knee problem I developed over the years. I also have primary adrenal fatigue, severe anemia (cause unknown. Doc s trying to figure out this part). With AF, I have a very hard time keeping up with exercise. It’s been about 10days that I have been doing coffee enema daily (3~4 TBS/4cup water)
2)When I took IF#1 last night, I had quite uncomfortable burning sensation in my stomach. I think it was cayenne pepper my stomach was sensing. I was Ok when I took them with little veggies before, but last night I took after drinking juice. Today will be my first day of juice fasting, I don’t know how long yet, but I want to start with 3 days. I guess I just gut it out and keep on taking them.
3)Now, Unybomb… I asked this question couple days ago but haven’t gotten any response yet. Do I wait till I am ready to take IF#2? Or May I start now?
