Your post is leaving out a chunk of info. Why do you have no choice? Are you going to get kicked out of the house if you continue the natural healing stuff, and you have no money and no where really to go? I can understand that, if that's what's going on. Maybe it's like an intervention-type situation you're in?
Either way, if you really have no choice but to eat standard diet, yeah, you're going to feel horrible for a while, but you will adjust eventually.
You'll probably develop worsened symptoms and health problems afterwards. That's what happened to me when I didn't have the money to keep it up and keep liver flushing, cleansing, eating right, etc. I got worse over time, and I think it's partly because all the toxins backing up and "re-infecting" my system, rather than coming out.
Back in 2009, around the time when I ran out of money, I was eating no animal food whatsoever, but I was drastically losing weight and couldn't afford any superfoods, big quantities of fruits and vegetables to juice, or anything to support my body, so I had to start eating meat. I was eating a lot of it, and fortunately it slowed down my weight loss. It had been a few months since I ate any animal foods and I felt horrible. But after a week or two, I started adjusting, then I was doing fine.
What I would have done differently at that time was eat a lot of prunes or something to ensure some definite regularity, and taken something to keep electrolytes balanced. Skin brushing as well.
You can try those because they don't seem like "weird potions" to people who don't understand natural medicine, and keeping the eliminative channels open is one of the top priorities in maintaining any level of good health. The main eliminative channels being the colon and skin.
We exhale toxins as well, so you can also look into breathing exercises that cleanse the body.
Energy medicine is always an option too. Just don't do it in front of your folks. That'll definitely be a "weird new age hippy magic".
Last but not least, prayer is always good. People don't have enough faith, even in prayer, but it can be miraculous. Build your faith. It's one of the things I've been trying to work on.
