there was (sorry) a lot of gunk.....I had about 33 stones. all green. a couple of bigger ones, not too big, then the rest were very little.

I expected more. I'm small, I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I'm 5'2", 105, I'm vegetarian, and usually eat healthy. I've done 5 MC's and was told I should be Liver Flushing before and after. Well, this was my first flush. I know now though, that it's not that bad. I was scared and put it off for a long time.
I think I will switch next time to the Oxypowder for the next morning b/c the ES was really rough on me. Before I had my 6am ES dose I had to use the restroom and then had the 6am and basically skipped the 8am b/c so much was happening (if you know what I mean) I couldn't take more, I don't see how my body could have handled more.
