(2) 1 Tablespoon of Castor Oil followed by lots of warm/hot water.
(3) Bentonite and Psyllium Shakes.
Start with one Psyllium and Bentonite Shake per day and gradually increase to 3 or 4.
First thing in the morning is best, then try to have one or two in the afternoon and another before bed.
To make the Psyllium and Bentonite Shake take1 tablespoon liquid bentonite and 1 or 2 teaspoons of psyllium with 250ml (8oz) of water or diluted juice, shake and drink immediately. Follow this with another 250ml (8oz) glass of water.
While the traditional recommendation is to drink a minimum of eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day, better you should drink at least half your body weight (pounds) in ounces daily, according to Fereydon Batmanghelidj, M.D., author of Your Body's Many Cries for Water.
