Is anyone here knowledgeable about veggies that fall outside of the mainstream? I cannot handle any of the usual ones (broccoli, spinach... basically the stuff you see in the produce aisle of your local food co-op).
Nutritionists I've spoken to feel there must be some additional plants I can handle, but they're convinced they'll be off the beaten path (perhaps Ethiopian, Indian, Asian... something other than the things most of us see in our daily lives).
I'd welcome some help researching these options. Some additional plant nutrition would be very helpful, if I can find it.
