Buteyko...Hypoxia and Inflammation

So..since doing this Buteyko reduced breathing....I also noticed that my prostate symptoms have been quite a bit better the last few weeks as well.  Less urinary urgency, no groin pain, better urine flow.

Turns out that Hypoxia (low oxygen) at the cells increases inflammation.

There is probably a down side to this reduced breathing......there almost always seems to be with AF :)   But I haven't found it yet.

I'm still having multiple bowel movements per day.  This has been going on for about 2 weeks.  Looks like I'm getting rid of toxins.

I'll keep updating you guys on how it is going.
