I eat a diet with no sugar, wheat or dairy. For awhile I was only eating very low carb veggies, but I've added in rice, gluten free bread and all vegetables. I have a good balance of protein, fat and carbs.
I feel for you, it is really hard dealing with adrenal issues and hashimoto's. It sure is a long process.
I'm not taking kelp currently as I'm concerned about the iodine.
Iodine is only an issue in high doses with Hashimoto's.
