Yes. I am really burnout and my health is probably teetering on the edge. I want to turn things around before it gets worse.
I am obese, I have read about obese fasting with lots of energy, I hope this is true because I do dog walking, and have to walk a couple hours during the day. That isn't too much.
I guess I'll just fast and see how it goes with my energy, and take it from there.
I have to meet an old friend up for indian food, so I will get this out of the way, before I start.
Meanwhile I need to mentally prepare myself.
