You should be fine, the only thing is you should do the flushes every 2-3 weeks, 2 months is too far apart if you have gallstones.
The poster Telman has written up every flush he has done, they are numbered.
Look for his name in the messages on this page or the page before. Click on his name and next to his name it will say All Telman's messages, click and look for the numbered flushes to learn from him.

BTW my doctor said the same more than 3 years ago.
