So the breakout turned out to be not as bad as I thought...it's healing up okay. Just lots of oily clear stuff coming out of any zits I do have and they take days to drain completely.

Today when I put the cold cream on my face, I scratched under my chin and then looked at it and there were lots of little teeny black dots in the cold cream that I scraped from my face. Can demodex be black?
