salt loading

How long do I need to wait after an Iodine dose to do salt loading and how long after the salt loading before I can go back on iodine.... and can I go right back on 100mg/day or do I need to spend a time at a lower dose first. I am reluctant to stop regular dose as md wants me saturated. if possible. not really getting any symptoms except a little tiredness which could be cause by my work load. Tweet
