Re: Superfood is amazing for replacing minerals...Re: Hell Freezes Over... Cold Sheet Treatment #2 and Day 15
No, no smoothie kings around here. :( But I'm 100% possitive I would order the mangosteen madness.
I'm taking 6 Tablespoons of Superfood a day. I don't know what all the hub-bub is about it. I love the taste. My favorite juices are the ones with superfood. But yeah, I don't think my problem is so much that I don't take in enough minerals, but that I don't absorb them. I'm sure it's a result of something the fluoroquinolones did, because I didn't have a problem before then. I don't even remember ever having a muscle cramp in my life before then, whilst all along, doing things like hiking 10 miles a day uphill with 50 lbs on my back in high altitudes while living on beef jerky, and powdered food mixes. ahhhhhhhh.
I don't want to be real strict. I know that my smoothie was a break from the juice fast, but it was just a half a banana and two strawberries. Didn't Schulze recommend 1/2 cup fruit in the morning nutritional drink anyhow? A lot of the other things in this program questionably violate a juice fast, in my opinion. Like, IF#2 (seeds, seed pods) , superfood (powdered grasses and beets, algae proteins, peels, etc.), crushed garlic, blended ginger, olive oil, wheat germ oil. I know these are all essential and I'm sure someone will want to debate whether they qualify or not. It depends how you define a 'juice fast', really, but I don't care about definitions anyhow. I'm not sweatin' it. I'm content taking in only those above things, fruit and veggie juices, and one half a banana with two strawberries per week. And I'll make you one but my wife will have to drink it for you, not me. I don't want the juice-fast police banging on my door when I'm trying to relax.
