do I REALLY have to do a parasite cleanse first??

I've been on the Master-Cleanse for 13 days (first time ever doing anything like this). I am thinking of going to 20 days and then doing the liver cleanse. I read that I should do a parasite cleanse first?? Really?? do I have to? I don't understand zapping and all that and I wondered if there would be anything wrong with me doing the Liver Flush right on the heels of the MC.
