getting good sleep trumps everything in my opinion. do whatever you have to do to ensure you are sleeping. then work on the underlying issue later. your body cannot heal without proper sleep.
i would also try a little worming experiment. see if you get the same symptoms from antihelminthic foods/herbs such as raw garlic, pumpkin seeds, Black-Walnut , apple cider vinegar, etc etc, just to rule this possibility out.
try lam's protocol of eating all the macronutrients together at each meal, protein, fat, and carbs at the same time.
up your salt intake.
i would also go less by your numbers are more by symptoms.
