doing flush now, need help

I just took my first dose of Epsom Salt and I feel constipated.
I talked with Invincible earlier and was going to do an enema but I am home alone with 2 small kids and hubby isnt home to help yet, so I cant. I am not sure what to do. If the second dose of ES doesnt work I will be able to do the enema then as kids will be in bed, but will it still be ok to flush if nothing moves? Tweet
