You can buy anti-nausea medication in liquid form at Walgreens or CVS for about $4. I've used it with my son and it does seem to help. Maybe this will help you while you take these meds.
Also, if you go to any Urgent Care or Hospital in the U.S., they cannot refuse to treat you... it's the law. They can charge you and send you a bill. If you can't pay it, it will go on your credit but it is also the law that companies cannot use any medical discrepancies on credit reports against you. When I was in college, I got into an accident and an Ambulance was called. They charged me $800 for the ride and I could not pay it and didn't. It went on my credit report for 7 yrs and I was still able to buy a car, house, etc... because I had no other discrepancies and they could not use the medical one against me. Just thought I would let you know in case you didn't.
