...it's been clearly shown that most of us are very low in iodine.

It's not normal to have any type of reaction to a small amount of kelp or any other seaweed.

It may be good not to eat things that cause reactions, but I don't want anyone to think they should avoid kelp/seaweeds because we don't need Iodine (or because kelp/seaweeds typically cause a reaction).
