No, I don't get that. Die off seems to want to slow down the food in my GI tract, and I feel like I have "the munchies" and tend to gorge on foods. More than one Coffee-Enema a day would help, I think. I just had supper and ate a bunch of dehydrated bananas dipped into coconut oil after the meal. Last night I had rolled oats with cinnamon and organic raisins. I just felt like over eating (not a lot, but more than usual). It's a sign of die off for me.
Uny didn't think Water Kefir would directly cause die off, but I think I'm going to have to disagree with her on this. It certainly does seem to be causing die off for me. I'm going to avoid it for a few days, and if the munchies and tiredness go away, I can be sure what was causing it. I'm known to be deficient in certain good bacteria.
