I am starting tommorow..had few failed starts but have prepared nicely for this one..Im starting with a 10 day juice fast and then going to transition into water for 30 days... and if I get through all that then 30 days alternating bewteen water one day and juice anothe then 30 days doing the same alternation between raw and water, and then aim is to eat (200% cal needs) only every otherday for the rest of my life! that way i will never have to worry about weightgain and will keep my health at its peak!
Lol I do overplan abit, cant help it thou have planned upto the age of retirment and I'm only 26 lol
