Sleeping is not a problem for me, as I am a very good sleeper.
And the OO/GJ drink was not yucky at all! ( Am I the only one who did not find it yucky?). When I shook the mixture hard, it mixed up very well, and drinking it was absoultely no problem.
I could try eating, mashed potatoes next time, as it fills u up and is fat-free. Oats I am avoiding, as I am on gluten free diet and oats have gluten, I think.
I might also look into mini-flushes. Also HCL, I have never thought of taking HCL> Maybe it might help a bit.
