just wondering ..I put 1/8 of a tsp of organic kelp in with my smoothie a while ago ..just finished it off in the last few minutes
well my hands are starting to sweat and my heart is racing
does that mean I have taken too much or that I didnt need it to begin with ? I only took half the dose that it said for me to which would end up being 120 % daily value
what can I do to calm it down ? let it wear off ?
I am gonna go take me some garlic and cayenne and see what that does for me
if anyone can add to this I sure would appreciate it
