Insurance companies will deny this exists in the US till the day they are class action sued for it. They have told every doctor they will not pay for it and any diagnosis will be denied and that doctor will be marked.
Capitalism in health care and education do not work. In health care the profit motive make denying treatment lucrative and in education giving good grades for little performance makes revenues soar.
If we could just admit that capitalism, while good in many industries, is not good in all. But it is a religion in America that people take on total faith, not focused evidence.
