For me, I've added two things to the regime:

- I keep ginger candy by the bed should I get any acid backup in the night. For me, it works quickly, and like a dream.

- My husband and I have added dandelion tincture to our olive oil (20 drops) and we've both had successful flushes. (we've both done three).
