Special Needs - Candida Regimen

I would welcome some suggestions, as I find myself in a unique position with Candida.

I have many food allergies (these are inherited... they are not related to Candida). As a result, the typical diets for Candida don't work for me.

The entire vegetable group is out, I don't tolerate supplements, I've been unable to hand probiotics, and I've been calorically depleted for a prolonged period.

My doctors and the nutritionists I've dealt with feel that I need to push calories by any means necessary at this point, but that means at least doing at least some homemade gluten-free bread and/or potatoes. There's no way I can go for long without one or the other.

I know this isn't an ideal situation, but it's the hand I've been dealt and I need to figure out how to make it work. I've been presented with several diets and/or products for Candida, and none were viable options so I'm going to have to get creative.

My hope is that someone here has dealt with this and may heave ideas.
