Re: American people.EDITED
I'm 56 and haven't been to Calif. for 40 years (Westwood and Malibu....the waves slammed the porch...BEAUTIFUL LAND).
I never thought CA was dominated by conventional suit wearing thinkers, especially hardened super patriots. I would think that by now, with the state's economy, fires, mudslides, floods, and earthquakes, etc., that even the most hardened "patriots" would have woken up to reality.
I see alot of petty legislation going on today (tougher smoking laws, changing all the road signs in America to have ONLY capital letters and brighter reflective material, etc.) that seems to be blatantly IN DENIAL of the BIGGER PICTURE (economy, corruption, war DOOMSDAY kind of issues).....THAT is the "new American people".....IN DENIAL, whether "patriots" or parents that can't cry enough for their young, being "in denial" seems to be a survival tactic of today.
Instead of vomiting, try 'MOURNING' freedom, the "AMERICAN DREAM" and our youth that have no future (apologize to the youth, HOW?).
