Bare in mind that as you shrink the amount of water you retain will reduce, even upon refeed. Fatter people have more water retention than slimmer, fat holds water naturally. I have read all your previous posts and you state that 10 pounds comes back as water and sodium carbs etc. This isnt always the case as a person shrinks, yes alot of water is lost, as is junk, this junk and even the water does not need replacing, its there as a extra adding weight on ur scales and bloating your fat cells making you look puffed up and ready to go for ever
You will be supprised at the amount of water that is held by fat cells - so celebrate the water loss, its real loss if you let it be
