I am preparing to flush this weekend. So started drinking lots of apple juice. Drank almost 2 liters of AJ today. And had watery bowels right now.
Is this normal. I read we should b drinking lots of AJ a few days b4 flush. So was trying to follow that. Is diarrhea okay?
please help
