Is Colonics after the flush important?

I am planning on doing my FIRST Liver-Flush this weekend. I dont know if there is any facility of colonics out here. Can I just get by without one.

I plan on drinking lots of water to flush the toxins out. I know that we should not drink water 20 mins before/after the Epsom Salt drink.

So can i survive without the colonics? Also I dont want to take any enema. Tweet
